so, some constructive critisism: he is black, and the backgroung should be white or light, if you want his figure to be clear. plus, we can't really see his expresion. the iris of the eye is missing(it is compleatly white) and that doesn't look too good. big part of your photo is black without detail, which makes it dificult for the viewer to watch. there should be more free space on the right becouse he is looking that way.
that is my opinion,I am not a profesional, hope you like to be critisized(that is what will help you becoming better).
